Current Problems of Czech Medical Assessment Service and Suggestions for Possible Solution

The aim of the thesis is to identify all current problems of The Medical Assessment Service and to suggest possible changes and recommendations that could make the system more effective. In the theoretical part is used the concept of the welfare state and points out its crisis of efficiency. Furthermore, the development of the field of Assessment Medicine and its current form was described. In the analytical part was selected an analysis of the information content of documents, which helped to identify all problems and their gradual development. The analysis was also used to propose changes and recommendations. An expert interview was conducted to substantiate the results of the analysis.
Prevention and social services to solve homelessness of young people in the Czech Republic

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of homelessness among the young people. The rates of people in the age 18-26 who are endangered by social exclusion are steadily rising in the Czech Republic. The most vulnerable are those from dysfunctional homes as well as those lacking their families entirely. Those individuals tend to be raised in institutional care usually lacking in role models and have little to no financial and social resources at their disposal. Social exclusion always originates from variety of different problems that need to be taken care of before they become too severe. That is why I decided to identify the characteristics of this group of people and specify the appropriate methods of cooperation. I define the various ways of prevention and support. In addition to that, I describe persisting barriers in the current system of social services. Last but not least, I aim to present information about the process of social inclusion, together with its successes and shortcomings young people may encounter during the procedure. Legal form of social service providers.

This Bachelor Thesis describes different legal forms of social service providers. The main goal of the thesis is to analyse various legal forms of the social service providers in relation to the service they provide, their founder and the place where they provide the service. The Thesis is divided into two main parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains four main chapters. The first chapter explains the term social service, its sub-chapters describe the forms of the social service. The second chapter describes the social services' founders and names them. Its sub-chapters summarize facts from the legal point of view and inform the reader, who is legal person, natural person or the Ministry of Labour and Social affairs and informs about their competence. The third part contains the goal of this thesis, research questions and used methodology. The practical part defines the objectives and research questions and the technique of data collection. Quantification of information using the questionnaire was used to meet the targets. There were 10 questionnaires created in total for the research part of the thesis, and they were used during the interviews at the social service providers.
Seniors activation strategy: from the perspective of Multiple Streams Framework

The theme of the diploma thesis is the policy-making process, specifically the process of making of the National Action Plan for Positive Ageing for the Period 2013 - 2017. It's about exploring its creation from the viewpoint of active members of the Government Council for Seniors and Population Ageing, who was discussing it at meetings. The theoretical framework - Multiple Streams Framework deals with the aspect of policy entrepreneurs. Using qualitative, semi-structured interviews and then analysis of qualitative data, it was possible to explore the means, used by policy entrepreneurs to promote their ideas at meetings. This diploma thesis does not only study the creation of an action plan, but also the identification of policy entrepreneurs, through document analysis. After that were analysed primary data from interviews with members of the Government Council for Seniors and Population Ageing, who had been appointed by The Ministry of labour and social affairs. The studied, strategic document is the answer to the demographic ageing phenomenon the population of the Czech Republic.
Corporate identity of government institutions exemplified by Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech republic

The thesis deals with corporate identity, corporate design and corporate image of the Czech government institutions. Special attention is paid to logo, using colours or shapes, typography and composition in terms of theory of graphic design and comparision of foreign examples. In its conclusion the thesis presents graphic manual of a government corporate identity as a proposal to the future.
Communication of the second pillar of the pension reform by the Government of the Czech Republic

The subject of the bachelor's thesis named Communication of the second pillar of the pension system reform by the Government of the Czech Republic and its perception by the public is to define the concept of the government's communication and the description of its specific aspects from theoretical findings. The thesis focuses on description and analysis of the communication activities of the government of Petr Nečas in the period from June 2010 to June 2013 towards the media and the public. The main aim of the thesis is to describe and analyse the communication strategy of the government of Petr Nečas regarding the launch of the second pillar of the pension system reform. When describing the individual tools of the communication mix, great emphasis is placed namely on advertising. This bachelor's thesis also includes the interpretation of the results of the performed quantitative interview enquiry, which determined the awareness of the people regarding the second pillar, as well as the communication thereof by the government of the Czech Republic. The thesis is concluded by an assessment of the government's information campaign.
Sources of information for unemployed in the Czech Republic

The target of this bachelor work was to be established the summary of information sources for unemployed persons in the Czech republic, which are provided on the Internet. In the foreword was already explained the useful basic terms for the problems about the unemployment, destined in the short overview about development of unemployment on the area Czech republic. The second part of bachelor work dealing with combination of user working with I formations and with operation of Human resources. This chapter is solving the basic query and questions which needed to be requested from every unemployed person and gone advised to the most important types of information sources regarding the searching of work places. The third part of bachelor describes information sources and their possibilities for unemployed person. At last is written how to be characterized web sides of several types for information sources, the resolution evaluated user helpfulness and contribution to the unemployed persons.
Unemployment in the Czech Republic

Unemployment is a very hot topic not appears in the Czech Republic,but also throughout Europe. The aim of this work is to focus on unemployment as a possibility to use funding a private company and help the labour market from the unemployed by involving the unemployed in projects that are offered by employment canters, which are supported by the European Union under the European Social Fund and specifically in the operational programs. Operational programs in the Czech Republic are ensuring the Ministry for Regional Development. Work includes a theoretical part where are defined different concepts and shows a hierarchy of individual institutions European Union, and specifically the individual documents. The practical part is focused on a particular private company headquartered in the Central Region, which grants the Labour Office actively used.
